Not every story has to be original to be effective. My story has been told the same and in slightly different versions, but it’s here to be told. So, here’s my little story on how I lost sixty-five+ pounds (so far).
When I decided to become more serious about my health and fitness, of course I wanted to see the scale read new unremembered numbers, but it seemed impossible. I had little to no faith in myself. Despite my lack of confidence, I gave it more heart than ever. Decided to track my calories and log everything consumed.
